Fanatics Authentic returned to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois on the weekend of June 27th with a lineup that provided sports fans with three action-packed days of events. This Fanatics Authentic Sports Spectacular hosted headliners that thrilled fans, such as Cam Newton, Bo Jackson, and Greg Maddux, and a celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Wrigley Field. With the rare opportunity to meet several of the top athletes in professional sports, pose for unique photo-ops, and witness the creation of sports memorabilia, Chicago sports fans experienced the event of a lifetime with this Fanatics Authentic show.
At the Fanatics Authentic Sports Spectacular in Chicago this June, the sports memorabilia retailer provided dedicated fans and collectors three complete days of signings and events with a variety of noteworthy athletes. In addition to big name headliners, the Fanatics Authentic show catered to fans of all teams and major leagues in attendance. The show’s lineup included new athletes on the rise to legendary Hall of Famers of the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. From honoring 100 years of memories at Wrigley Field with appearances by over 25 former members of the Chicago Cubs, including “Mr. Cub” Ernie Banks and Hall of Famer Andre Dawson to celebrating retired NBA champions and getting to know players from the 2014 NFL rookie class, fans of all sports were able to meet some of the biggest names in the game. NFL rookies, Blake Bortles, Michael Sam, and Aaron McDonald all spent a lot of time with fans, while Chicago Bulls legend, Dennis Rodman, and Super Bowl XLVIII Champ, Percy Harvin, posed for photos and autographed collectibles throughout the weekend.
